General questions

The person who owns AI. Your AI Champion leads AI projects across the organization. They make sure every one has a clear use case and a measurable ROI, and that AI is used ethically and consistently across the team.

Ownership matters because AI adopted tool by tool leaves no one checking whether it's accurate, secure, or worth what it costs. A Champion is the person who does.

A structured look at where your organization stands with AI today, and what to do about it. It starts with an AI Capability Score, then identifies your AI Champions and how they work best, audits your operations for every real opportunity, and turns the best ones into a 90-day plan.

One workflow from that plan gets built as a proof of concept, so you leave with something usable, not just a report.

Hands-on training that turns people on your team into AI Champions your organization needs. The curriculum covers how AI works, how to apply it responsibly, and how to lead its adoption across a team. We focus on judgment over tools, so the skills hold as the technology keeps changing.

For organizations running on fractured tech stacks, we build the infrastructure that ties it together. Custom automations built around your actual workflows, integrated with the tools already in place.

When the engagement is done, everything lives inside your organization.

Most of them! If your business is already using AI, but without a shared plan, clear standards, or someone who owns it, we're likely a great fit. If for whatever reason we're not, we'll tell you upfront.

We work with small-to-medium businesses, typically from 10 to 100 people. Strong Champions and well-placed automations can have an outsized impact on how the whole operation runs.

AI Opportunity Identifier

A snapshot of where your organization stands with AI today, and what's holding you back. It comes from a thorough review of how AI is used across your organization, validated in a conversation with you.

Your report scores five areas: business value, infrastructure, ownership, governance, and operational reality.

Identified AI Champions from your team, full reports on how they work best, an audit of your operations, and a 90-day Quick Win Roadmap: a prioritized list of low risk, high value opportunities, planned so you know what to expect and when. From there, we choose one workflow and build it so you have a proof of concept.

A leader who can speak to how AI is used today and where the business is headed, plus as many of your people as possible. The audit draws on conversations and a survey across your organization, so the more of your team takes part, the more complete the picture.

Put your Champions through training so they can carry out the 90-day Quick Win Roadmap (and more AI projects after), or loop us into executing while your Champions ramp up.

You can also do nothing, though we highly recommend against it.

Foundational AI training

Champion Training

Not at all. Tech is only a small piece of the AI puzzle (sometimes not a piece at all). Curiosity and a learning mindset are the real prerequisites.

Usually someone in operations or project management. Strong Champions are systems-driven, allergic to waste, and already experimenting with new tools to find better ways to work.

Practical applications, built around the tools and scenarios your team will actually face. The training is modular, designed for almost any learner, and genuinely engaging. Live trainer touchpoints are built in at every stage so no one gets stuck.

See the full curriculum.

Typically 3–6 weeks with flexibility. It can move faster or stretch depending on the Champion's schedule and workload.

If anything, the training is of even higher value for teams already using AI tools. They're likely only getting a fraction of what's possible, and some may be creating security or data privacy risks without realizing it.

This training teaches fundamentals that apply to any tool. Better judgment about when to use them, where they create real value, and why.

It's about integrating AI as a real part of how your business operates and scaling it across the team. Not buying 100 subscriptions that only 10 people use 10% of.

Automated, Unified Systems & Workflows

AI & Automation Solutions

We start by optimizing the platforms your team already uses, then consolidate the tech stack and route all data into a single source of truth.

The goal is a leaner, more connected operation. One system, clearly owned and understood by your team.

Usually yes. We design around the tools your team already uses: your CRM, project management software, whatever's in place. We scope the integrations in discovery and flag anything that might need a workaround before work begins.

It depends on what fits your operations best. We work across a range of platforms and build custom when off-the-shelf doesn't cut it.

What matters is that the system works reliably inside your environment.

(We really like Airtable, though.)

Typically 2–8 weeks, depending on scope.

We hand everything over to you: workflow design, build and implementation documentation, test logs, and training materials. The system itself lives on your server, cloud, or accounts. Not ours.

Your team will be equipped to maintain and evolve the system and bring the rest of the company along.

If you want ongoing backup, we offer priority support with a 3-hour response guarantee, monthly health checks, and quarterly roadmap sessions.

Month-to-month retainer, no lock-in.

The handoff includes thorough documentation and real training so your team knows how to troubleshoot themselves.

For anything critical, we're a call away.

If you prefer peace of mind, our ongoing support is available on a month-to-month basis.
